Eva Green, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Gates Corporation since October 2018, Eva oversees the HR department for a manufacturing facility and distribution center with over 650 employees. Prior to this role, Eva held the position of HR Manager at Del Monte Foods, Inc. from April 2013 to April 2018, managing HR operations for a food manufacturing facility of over 250 employees. Eva's extensive experience in HR also includes a long tenure at Allens, Inc., where roles included Senior Human Resources Manager, Claims Adjuster, and Administrative Assistant. Eva holds a BSE in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from the University of Arkansas.
