Fernando Oliveira

Fernando Oliveira has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fernando is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources for the EMEA region at Gates Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Aptiv, including HR Director for EMEA, Global Talent Manager, and Luxembourg HR Manager. Fernando also served as the Head of Human Resources at Aptiv. Before joining Aptiv, Fernando worked at Delphi, where they held positions such as HR Business Partner, HR Training Coordinator, and HR Trainee. Overall, Fernando has demonstrated progressive growth in their career and has gained valuable experience in HR leadership and management roles.

Fernando Oliveira received a Licentiate degree in Educational Sciences and Human Resources from Universidade do Minho from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Post-Graduation degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university in 2011 to 2012.
