Frank Gryzik

Frank Gryzik has extensive experience in business development and project management across various industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Gates Corporation since May 2021, Frank focuses on Poly-Chain systems for power transmission. Previous roles include Business Development & Project Manager at Superior Engineering and HOH Engineers, where Frank effectively grew client bases in multiple markets. As the Director of Business Development at Valdes Engineering Company, Frank successfully initiated client development in the Oil & Gas, fine chemicals, and pharmaceutical markets. Frank began his career as President of SurfTec Corp., leading a business in oleochemical specialty chemicals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and executive management training from Penn State University.
