Ilse de Meyer

Ilse De Meyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the S&OP Continuous Improvement Manager for EMEA at Gates Corporation since March 2021, Ilse founded DM Supply Chain Consulting earlier in 2021. Prior to these roles, Ilse held significant positions at Aptiv and Delphi, focusing on European supply chain processes, operations, and lean management from 1990 to 2020. Earlier career experiences include quality management and internal auditing at Exxon Chemical, alongside research in organic chemistry. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Organic Chemistry from KU Leuven.
