Ivan Ramos is an engineering manager focused on fulfilling customer expectations by optimizing processes and introducing new parts. They began their career as a social work intern at Comisión Federal de Electricidad, where they managed the distribution of machinery and tools for soil drilling studies. Ivan then served as a product engineer at Federal-Mogul Powertrain from 2014 to 2019, implementing new products and overseeing project development. Currently, Ivan is pursuing a Black Belt in Lean processes at Universidad del Valle de México, building on their Master’s in Project Management from the same institution.
