Jorge Flores

Jorge Flores currently serves as the Quality System Coordinator at Gates Corporation, leading manufacturing site assessments, managing quality performance portals for Ford automotive clients, overseeing the Ford Q1 certification process, and implementing process control charts while supporting Six Sigma analysis. Previous experience includes roles such as Production Supervisor at Pfizer, where Jorge managed 12 packaging lines and 120 production operators while spearheading continuous improvement projects, and Quality Engineer at Henkel. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México and has obtained a Lean Black Belt certification in Lean manufacturing. Practical experience also extends to research in chemical engineering, as well as validation and development roles in pharmaceutical settings.
