Justine Roberts

Justine Roberts currently serves as the Director of Sustainability at Gates Corporation, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Justine was the ESG and Sustainability Manager at Appvion from March to December 2023. Justine has extensive experience in nonprofit management and sustainability, having worked as the Acting Director of Operations and Program and Communications Manager at the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility at the Leeds School of Business from January 2020 to April 2023, and as the Executive Director of Celebrate the Beat from March 2018 to February 2020. Additional roles include consulting in nonprofit strategy and development, executive directorship at The Children's Museum of New Hampshire, and principal ownership at Gyroscope Inc. Justine's educational background includes a Master’s in Education from Bank Street College of Education, along with various certifications in sustainable accounting and ESG strategy.
