Lindsey Damron

Lindsey Damron has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and internal audit. Lindsey began their career as an Internal Audit Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2007. Lindsey then joined the firm as a Senior Associate in Risk Assurance in 2008 and worked there until 2013. In 2013, they joined RSM US LLP as a Manager in Risk Advisory Services and stayed with the company until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Chart Industries, Inc., where they held various roles including Internal Audit Supervisor and Director of Accounting. After that, they joined Frontier Airlines as the Director of Internal Audit and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Accounting, Americas at Gates Corporation.

Lindsey Damron has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, with a specialization in the Executive MBA Program. Lindsey also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting (summa cum laude) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus in International Business (summa cum laude), both from The University of Akron. Lindsey has additional certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and as a Certified Public Accountant from The Ohio Society of CPAs.
