Nick Wang

Nick Wang is a seasoned professional in program and project management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Gates Corporation since August 2017, Nick oversees a portfolio of programs in Greater China, ensuring project targets and objectives are met under the guidance of the global VP of program management and the regional president. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Project Director at Shanghai Faiveley Railway Technical Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included establishing a project management department and driving project performance across HVAC and door projects. Nick's earlier positions include Project Manager at Norgren and design engineer/project leader at Emerson Process Management, where significant achievements in product development and team leadership were demonstrated. Academically, Nick possesses a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from Donghua University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central South University.
