Rajesh Bhandari

Rajesh Bhandari has extensive leadership experience in the commercial sector, currently serving as Sr Managing Director Commercial at Gates Corporation since September 2006. In this role, Rajesh formulates and executes profitable growth strategies in collaboration with global functional leaders. Previously, Rajesh held the position of Managing Director, India, overseeing Fluid Power and Power Transmission businesses with full P&L responsibility. Rajesh's background also includes roles as Vice President - Industrial, responsible for the P&L of Gates Industrial in India, and VP Sales & Marketing, where Rajesh tripled sales and increased profitability. Earlier experience at ITW India involved developing export strategies and appointing distributors internationally, while Rajesh's tenure at ITW Signode saw significant revenue growth in the East region through effective regional management and development practices. Rajesh holds a BE and MBA in Engineering and Marketing, and completed high school at St John High School.
