Robert Polster has over 20 years of experience in engineering and process mechanics within the plastics and rubber technology sectors. Currently serving as an Application Engineer at Gates Corporation since November 2011, Robert has also held roles as a Process Engineer and Process Mechanic. Prior to this, Robert worked at Papurex W. Büchner GmbH as a Shift Supervisor from August 2006 to October 2011, and previously gained experience as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology at Sanner Group from August 2002 to June 2005.
