Rodgers Dorr

Rodgers Dorr is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in various sales management roles. Currently serving as District Sales Manager at Gates Corporation since June 2019, Rodgers specializes in value-added sales. Prior to this, Rodgers held the position of Sales Manager for Southern California at Aggregate Machinery Specialist from June 2018 to June 2019. From September 2013 to June 2018, Rodgers worked as an Account Manager at Kaman Distribution. Earlier in the career, Rodgers contributed to public safety as a Marine Safety Lifeguard with the City of Laguna Beach from March 2005 to September 2013. Rodgers holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California State University, Fullerton, and a diploma in General Studies from El Toro High School, graduating in 2005.
