Tim Albers is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Gates Corporation since March 2014, Tim oversees polyurethane injection belt manufacturing and rubber mixing/compounding facilities in Elizabethtown and Galesburg. Prior roles at Gates Corporation include Plant Manager in Elizabethtown and Columbia, as well as Operations Manager at the Columbia Material Center. Tim's previous experience includes serving as Engineering Operations Manager at ABB, Team Leader at Goodrich Aerostructures, and roles in manufacturing engineering and supply chain management at Goodrich/Aerostructures. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
