Tom Norris

Tom Norris has extensive experience in quality assurance and manufacturing processes, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Gates Corporation since May 2015, following a role as Quality Assurance Supervisor. Prior to this, Tom has been with Atlas Hydraulics Inc. since May 1996, where roles included QC/Efficiency Technician and Process Technician, focusing on customer and supplier issue management, defect analysis, and production efficiency improvements. As a Plant Supervisor, Tom was responsible for production scheduling, employee motivation, and process enhancements. Educational credentials include attendance at Cambrian College and completion of relevant coaching clinics.
