Wei Shen

Wei Shen has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in multinational companies. Wei started their career at Eaton in 2009, where they held multiple roles including Quality Director, Business Unit Manager, VP of Sales Ops and Power Quality Marketing, and VP/GM of Distributed Power Quality for APAC. Wei then joined Gates Corporation in 2016 as the VP/GM for Greater China.

Wei Shen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Automation from Beihang University, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. Wei also has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 1998 to 1999. Lastly, Wei Shen holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005.
