Frederic Abgrall has extensive experience in IT and operations leadership, currently serving as VP EMEA IT & Global Operations Systems at Gates Corporation since 1993. Responsibilities include overseeing enterprise-wide business processes and IT systems, with a focus on aligning these systems to support key value streams. Abgrall also directs global lean support operations and continuous improvement programs, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency across various business functions. Prior to this role, Abgrall held managerial positions at Gates GmbH Aachen, where expertise in IT systems and CAD/CAM technology was developed. Abgrall holds a Diplomingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences and a Bac D from Lycee Tristan Corbiere.
