Maureen Chapman is currently the Director of Operations at Gateways: Access to Jewish Education, where they focus on fostering inclusive educational environments. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles as an Executive Director in various Boston-area synagogues, Maureen has honed skills in project management, operations, and community engagement. They hold multiple degrees, including a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, as well as a Certificate in Fundraising from Boston University. Maureen is passionate about cultivating a growth mindset culture and enhancing organizational effectiveness through innovative programming.
