Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and serving clients nationwide, we specialize in producing world-class gatherings including fundraisers, galas, conferences, retreats, and large-scale brand or community events.

At our core, we approach events as strategic tools, not just one-time experiences. Our work is centered on helping organizations strengthen relationships, grow their communities, and advance business or mission-driven goals through intentional event design. Each engagement integrates creative direction, audience experience, and detailed logistical execution to ensure events are both meaningful and results-driven.

Our team provides end-to-end support across the full event lifecycle, including concept development, planning, vendor management, production, and on-site execution. Our services also extend to fundraising strategy, brand activations, guest experience design, and program production. This comprehensive approach allows our clients to remain focused on their core work while we manage the complexity behind the scenes.

In addition to full-service production, we offer advisory and training through programs like our Event Academy, helping internal teams build the systems and skills needed to produce effective events independently. This reflects our broader focus on long-term impact, not just one-off execution.

Led by our founder, Rhiannon O’Leary, whose background spans nearly two decades in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and event production, we bring both strategic insight and operational rigor to our work.
