David Willis is an accomplished catering professional with extensive experience in various management roles across the catering industry. Currently serving as Catering General Manager at Gather & Gather for the FCDO since April 2024, David has also held the position of Catering General Manager at Mitie since December 2020. Previous roles include Catering Manager at Interserve, overseeing government contracts, and General Manager positions at renowned companies such as Aramark Northern Europe and Chartwells, where responsibilities included managing significant turnover across multiple catering outlets. With a career spanning over 15 years, David has demonstrated expertise in catering management and operational leadership at esteemed establishments.
