Sam Roth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and catering services, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Universities at Gather & Gather since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sam worked at CBRE as the Services Lead for Catering and held the position of Catering & Soft Services Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA. With a robust career beginning at BaxterStorey, Sam managed operations for high-profile clients across various sectors, overseeing a business portfolio valued at approximately £12 million and a team of over 250 members. Additionally, Sam gained experience in the hospitality sector as a Food and Beverage Supervisor and intern while working with Westin Hotels & Resorts. Educationally, Sam holds a 1st class BA Hons in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
