John Wichmann

John Wichmann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John is the Founder & CEO of Gather Sciences, a company that provides software tools and expertise to help organizations achieve success with hybrid work models. Prior to this, they served as President and Board Member at Technology Executives Roundtable (TER), where they facilitated discussions among senior executives and organized events. John also worked as a Managing Director & CEO at Topsail Advisors, a role in which they provided strategic guidance and leadership. In addition, John co-founded Maptician, a startup focused on helping organizations plan and implement hybrid work models. Before that, they held senior roles at Fiserv and Teradata, where they were responsible for managing teams and driving business outcomes through data and analytics. John also has experience as a President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President at Xpanxion, where they oversaw various functions and helped build innovative services models. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Digital Insight Corporation and Magnet Communications, where they focused on cash management solutions for banking clients. John began their career as a Consultant at Advance Technology Corporation. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in driving business growth and delivering value to clients.
