Our focus is income generation and asset creation. We have the privilege to Gather behind women changing the world. We start by listening to entrepreneurs and by learning from girls and women. Each interaction unearths challenges and opportunities that guide our due diligence process. The one thing each of our companies has in common - an unwavering commitment to gender and climate.

 Our priority sectors include:
- Agriculture, as the sector employing the most women on the continent
- Construction and technology, as the two fastest growing sectors in many countries
- Education, as the early pathway to independence, stable wages, and long-term asset creation
- Workforce development, as a later stage approach to break the cycle of poverty
