Brian Elliott

Brian Elliott has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design. Brian co-founded Gather in 2016 and served as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked as a freelance user experience designer from 2005 to 2018, providing services for clients like Microsoft, Panasonic, Sony, Teague, and ZaaZ. Brian also worked at Amazon.com as a user experience designer from 2011 to 2014. At Microsoft, they worked from 2010 to 2011 and was involved in the design of the software platform for Surface 2, including visual and interaction design, creative vision for sound design and third-party applications, and design of supporting SDK applications. Brian also worked as an adjunct instructor at the Art Institute of Seattle from 2006 to 2010, teaching Interactive Design and front-end development and providing mentorship and career counseling to students.

Brian Elliott attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
