Markus Sveceny has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Leader at GATX Rail Europe since December 2018. In this role, Markus is responsible for selecting workshops for necessary repairs, monitoring workshop durations, ordering spare parts, processing damage reports, maintaining data in ERP/CRM systems, handling invoicing, and acting as a technical contact for customers. Prior to this, Markus worked at Flowserve Corporation from April 2011 to November 2018 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where key responsibilities included visual inspection of casting, positive material identification, hardness testing, and material certification checks. Markus holds a Matura degree from HTL Wien 10 Ettenreichgasse, obtained in 2010.
