Inspired by the gaucho (South American cowboy), we are dedicated to providing grass-fed, pasture raised, organic and game meats free of antibiotics, hormones and grains from only the most sustainable sources. With growing concern of what we eat, where it comes from and how it affects the environment and our health, grass-fed beef and pasture raised meats are the healthier alternative to corn and grain-fed sources. Our partners in Uruguay are a 100-year-old family-owned farm where gauchos are still the traditional caretakers and where cattle roam the grasslands and graze on all-natural pastures stress-free. Our sustainable meats are better for the environment, better for our families, and undeniably delicious.
With increasing consumer awareness and concern about what we eat, where it comes from, and how it affects the environment and our health, grass-fed beef is the healthier alternative to corn and grain fed conventional beef and is a growing consumer demand. 

Itʼs as simple as cows eating grass and clovers, the way nature intended, resulting in a tender, savory beef that is low in cholesterol and fat and is high in antioxidants, beta-carotene, Omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins A and E. Our cattle is never grain-fed or artificially stimulated with the objective of fattening.
