Paul Lei currently serves as the Director of Protocol Strategy at Gauntlet, where responsibilities include leading the Protocol Strategy department focused on go-to-market strategies, growth initiatives, and new service development. Prior to Gauntlet, Paul held various roles at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group as an Investment Banking Associate and participated in the Harvard Recruiting Team as a Summer Analyst. Additional experience includes an Investment Banking Summer Analyst position at Jefferies, a winter internship at Fountainhead Partners, and a summer analyst role at EY in the Financial Services Quantitative Advisory Group. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from Harvard University.
