Johny Darkwah

Johny Darkwah has extensive experience in the tech industry, starting with their current role as a Co-Founder at Kapnetix. Throughout their career, Johny has held various roles at Acision, including Practice Lead and Senior Customer Services Engineer. In these roles, they delivered messaging solutions to mobile operators globally and provided support to customers both remotely and on-site.

Additionally, in September 2012, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN.
