A digital consultancy helping organizations turn strategy into scalable execution — bridging business ambition with technology reality.

Founded in 2026 by David Villegas, a senior ICT executive with 31+ years of cross-industry experience, including 15 years in satellite connectivity. Experience spans automation of Deep Space Network gateway services for NASA, architecting the EU IRIS² operating model and digital foundations, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives at SES. Active contributor within TM Forum, including Open Digital Architecture (ODA) leadership and award-winning telco–satcom interoperability programs.

Engagements typically begin with strategic clarity — defining digital ambition, customer journeys, enterprise architecture, operating models, and capability gaps. From there, target architectures and transformation roadmaps are shaped, aligning business cases and KPIs with measurable outcomes.

Execution support ensures delivery is controlled and value-driven: vendor strategy and RFI/RFP preparation, solution architecture, integration planning, project governance, and risk management.

The result is not transformation on paper, but operational capability across product design, readiness, fulfilment, assurance, and billing — built to scale and sustain competitive advantage.

If you are navigating complex digital transformation or telco–satcom convergence, let’s start a conversation.
