Gava is based in Monterrey, México but has investments in 16 mexican states and in the US.  

Our primary focus is: 
- Risk/development equity through longterm Close-Ended Funds (10Yr) for Middle Market Residential projects (MX Pesos) and Class-A Industrial development projects (US Dollars).
- Low risk equity investments through Open-Ended or Perpetual funds that acquire and operate prime Luxury Vacation Homes in mature mountain and beach markets (primarily in the US), with no development risk, ni a dollar denominated investment platform.

Through these funds we capture the strong, growing, and resilient market trends of Middle Income Housing, Industrial Development, and Luxury Vacation real estate.
