Jay Scott

Jay Scott is an accomplished public relations professional with extensive media experience, currently serving as the Senior Account Director for Public Relations at Gavin – Evolving Influence since July 2019. In this role, Jay oversees the financial accounts team, providing support to RIA firms, credit unions, and other financial services organizations. Prior to this, Jay held several positions at Gavin, including Account Director and Senior Media Relations Manager, leveraging over 13 years of experience in journalism. Earlier career highlights include reporting for the Central Penn Business Journal, where Jay focused on Dauphin County business stories, and working as a reporter for Lee Enterprises and Times Shamrock. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
