Patrick O'Donnell

Patrick O'Donnell is an experienced finance reporter currently working at GB News since January 2024. Prior to this role, Patrick served as a personal finance reporter at Express Newspapers from July 2021 to January 2024 and worked as an editorial assistant at Mulberry Media from August 2020 to July 2021. Earlier in career, Patrick completed internships at NME and The Independent in late 2019, focusing on writing news and feature pieces, as well as transcribing interviews. Patrick also gained experience as a digital media intern at DC Thomson, writing articles and creating video content for The Courier Online. An administrative assistant role was held at O'Donnell & Company Solicitors from June 2015 to November 2017, and work as an audio typist at NHS Scotland occurred in summer 2014. Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Magazine Journalism from City, University of London, and a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Dundee.
