Cornelia Epp

Cornelia Epp is the current COO at GBA Ships e.V. and has extensive experience in human resources management. They served as HR Manager at Compassion Stiftung Deutschland from 2018 to 2023, and previously held multiple roles at GBA Ships e.V. from 2003 to 2005, eventually becoming its Personnel Administrator and then Personnel Manager. Cornelia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Culture and Religious Studies from Philipps-Universität Marburg between 2005 and 2009.
