Stephen Black

Stephen Black has worked in the finance industry since 2007. In that time, they have held a number of roles with different companies. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Private Banker & Credit Specialist at Barclays Wealth, then as a Senior Private Banker at Kleinwort Benson from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Director at Coutts, followed by Managing Director at Tier One Capital Ltd from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they became the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GBB, as well as the Lead Fund Manager of TOC PROPERTY BACKED LENDING TRUST PLC.

Stephen Black obtained a PhD in Re-evaluating the Equity Premium, Structured Products & Style Investment from Durham University between 2011 and 2015. Stephen also obtained an MBA from Newcastle Business School at Northumbria University between 2002 and 2003.
