Vicky Griffiths

Vicky Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning two decades. In 2000, they began their career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Vicky then worked as a Marketing Associate at Blackwell Publishers in 2001. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Teacher at St Edward's School, Oxford, teaching Economics and Maths. Vicky then worked as a Boarding Houseparent and Teacher at the Dragon School Oxford from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they became a Consultant at Vantis plc. In 2010, they moved to Brevan Howard as Head of Operational and Business Risk, London. From 2015 to 2020, they were Director and Head of Board Practice at Leathwaite. In 2020, they joined Independent Search Partnership LLP as Partner. In 2021, they became a Non-Executive Director at GB Bank.

Vicky Griffiths attended the University of Oxford from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a MA Hons in Economics & Management.
