Patrick Lofthouse

Patrick Lofthouse is an experienced Solutions Architect Director at GBG Plc since April 2017, having previously served as Professional Services Director at IDscan Biometrics Ltd from 2014 to January 2020. With a background in enterprise solutions architecture developed during tenure as a Solution Architect at Barclays Africa Group Limited from 2010 to 2014, Patrick has led significant projects focusing on scalable designs, proof-of-concepts, and enterprise solutions including cash management and biometric identification. Prior to that, Patrick managed strategic migration projects as Project Manager at Standard Bank in 2010 and was an Enterprise Server Support Manager at Absa from 2007 to 2010. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa, completed in 2009, and is an alumnus of Hyde Park High School.
