Debbie Lea is an accomplished educational leader with 19 years of experience in academia. Currently serving as the Associate Dean for the Foundation Programme at GBS, they oversee the delivery of the Foundation Year across multiple programs and campuses. Previously, Debbie worked with international students for 15 years, with over six years dedicated to education management. They hold a multidisciplinary PhD from the University of Liverpool, as well as a Master's degree in Historical Research from the same institution. Passionate about fostering student success, Debbie remains active in research and dedicated to promoting a culture of excellence, diversity, and innovation in education.
