Sharon Cheeta

Sharon Cheeta is an experienced professional in the employment and banking sectors, currently serving as a Careers Consultant at GBS since January 2025. Previously, Sharon held the position of Employment Advisor at Ingeus from March 2022 to January 2025, where leadership responsibilities were undertaken during the Team Leader's absence, along with active involvement as an IEP Member to ensure high standards in employability services. Prior to this, Sharon worked at HSBC UK from January 2017 to February 2022 as a Universal Banker/Digital Change Leader, facilitating digital banking training through biweekly meetings and leading the HSBC@Home initiative. Earlier experience at HSBC from November 2014 to January 2017 as a Cashier Customer Service involved addressing customer inquiries and managing account-related documentation.
