GC Grand Collective is a hospitality-focused development and design collective, specializing exclusively in hotels and hospitality-driven assets.

Founded by Natalie Girth, Lisa Lenk and Sewar Abdalo, together with a network of experienced colleagues, GC Grand Collective supports investors, owners and hotel operators across the entire hospitality lifecycle – from early-stage development and concept positioning through to interior design coordination and project execution.

Our core expertise lies in hospitality interior design, design management and FF&E project management, ensuring that design intent, operational requirements and budget realities are seamlessly aligned.

Beyond design, we provide strategic development support, including brand matching, operator sourcing and investor sourcing. Acting as a trusted interface between capital, operators and project stakeholders, we help translate vision into commercially viable, operator-ready hotel projects.

Independent of brands and suppliers, GC Grand Collective brings international hospitality experience across EMENA, with a clear focus on value-driven, well-positioned hotel developments.
