GC Perfect is a smart field service contract and payments management software company based in Canada.

The company has its roots in Behineh Gostar, an Iranian general contractor founded more than a decade ago. Years of experience has crystalized to create GC Perfect, addressing core challenges of a general contractor lifecycle, starting from small independent contractors, to larger general contractors. Specifically dealing with undocumented and poor scoping, tracked milestones, delayed invoicing, lack of payment, and escrow.

GC Perfect offers an application for small and medium contractors to professionally manage customer contracts, capture and document change requests, manage invoices and payments, manage customer communication and expectations via email, and resolve disputes via several mechanisms including escrow.

GC Perfect customers can add, attach or link associated materials to each contract in the form of voice, text, images or .pdf files. Businesses can also search and select, and send automatically or manually each piece of this documentation to their clients to support negotiation or provide proof of work and to justify scope.
