Shawn B. is a senior Unified Communications, AV, and VTC engineer and technician with extensive experience in managing and operating networked AV systems across several companies. At GCA since November 2019, Shawn oversees AV systems and troubleshooting VTC sessions. Prior experience includes working with NAPATREE TECHNOLOGY LLC as an AV/VTC engineer, where Shawn built and installed AV racks for government clients, and at LinTech Global, Inc. as a project manager and technician, providing comprehensive conference room support. In earlier roles, Shawn enhanced customer relationships, assisted with IT troubleshooting, and resolved network and equipment issues at OneMain Financial and Spotsylvania Emergi-Center. Currently, Shawn is pursuing education at Northern Virginia Community College.
