Jess Mudrow has over 20 years of work experience. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Crew Member at Pace's Dairy Ann and as a Team Lead at Hogi Yogi. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Thomas Delivery Service and as a Store Manager at McDonald's. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Assistant Manager at The Wendy's Company and as a Sanitation Lead and a Machine Operator at Ralcorp Frozen. From 2013 to 2021, they worked as an SAP Coordinator and a Production Lead at Brill, Inc. and most recently, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Food Service Manager at Greely County Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for planning and overseeing the activities and personnel of the food service operation, overseeing food purchasing and inventory control, supervising food production and service for patients and the cafeteria, ensuring food production complies with standardized recipes, portion control guidelines, and quality standards, managing staff, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, and implementing and maintaining quality, cost control, and safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
