Brooks Klassen

Brooks Klassen has extensive experience in project management and real estate, currently serving as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at GCON Inc. since October 2022. Previously, Brooks held the position of Healthcare Commercial Real Estate Associate at Kidder Mathews from June 2019 to October 2022 and owned a Japanese/Sushi/Poke restaurant, Miso Hungry, from January 2013 to July 2018. Earlier career roles include Analyst at Paragon, MSRE Student at the University of San Diego, Property Inspector and Construction Supervisor at MDA, and Client Associate/Marketing Associate at Merrill Lynch. Brooks began in real estate as a Real Estate Assistant/Agent at DeBernardo Real Estate and started a career in hospitality as a Caddie at Cypress Point Golf Club. Education includes a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
