Travis Johnson

Travis Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and concrete industries. Currently serving as the Field Service Manager at GCP since October 2023, Travis previously held the position of Regional Manager at Traffic Management, Inc. from June 2020 to March 2023, overseeing five branches in Southern California with full P&L responsibility and $43 million in annual sales. Prior to that, Travis worked as an Area Manager at Holliday Rock Co., Inc., managing personnel across five ready mixed concrete plants. With a lengthy tenure at CEMEX from 2005 to 2019, Travis held various roles, including SoCal Plant Maintenance Manager and Inland Empire General Manager, where responsibilities included operations and sales management for Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Travis started the career as a Dispatch Manager at CEMEX between 1993 and 2002. Educationally, Travis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Human Resources from California State University-San Bernardino.
