Eric Robinson

Eric Robinson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Support Analyst at GCS Technologies, Inc. since January 2022, Eric previously held various roles at Innovative Computing Systems, Inc., including Senior System Engineer, Systems Engineer, Lead Help Desk Engineer, and Senior Help Desk Engineer from May 2013 to January 2022. Prior to that, Eric worked as a Systems Administrator at CMIT Solutions, Inc. from September 2007 to May 2013 and was a Technical Support Representative at Unisys from October 2006 to September 2007. Eric earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Troubleshooting and Networking from Lamar University between 2001 and 2005.
