Leann Cooper

Leann Cooper has over two decades of experience in workforce development and chapter services, currently serving as the Director of First Green & Workforce Development at GCSAA since November 2013, after holding positions as Senior Manager in the same area and in Chapter Services. Prior to GCSAA, Leann worked for the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America from February 2000 to December 2013, where roles included Chapter Services Manager and Chapter Seminar Administrator. Leann began their career at Sallie Mae as an RCU Analyst from October 1994 to February 2000. Leann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from The University of Kansas, awarded in 1994.
