In 2010, Gulf Catering and Support Services LLC (GCSS) began its journey with a simple yet powerful vision: to transform the way catering and facilities management services were delivered in the UAE by building strong, transparent partnerships and empowering the people who make it all possible. What started as a passion for providing high-quality, personalized solutions quickly grew into a reputation for excellence built on integrity, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.

Over the past decade, GCSS has evolved into a trusted partner for businesses across various sectors, including oil & gas, entertainment, retail, camps, hospitality, and residential.
Our secret? It’s not just about what we do—it’s about how we do it. We believe in forming lasting, transparent partnerships that go beyond transactions. For us, each partnership is an opportunity to truly invest in understanding our clients—what drives them, what challenges they face, and how we can be a genuine part of their success.

At the heart of GCSS is our people. We create a second home for our employees, wherever stationed, empowering them to bring their best every day. By nurturing our people and playing to their strengths, we build teams that grow with our clients, ensuring that our service evolves alongside partners’ needs, consistently delivering solutions that make a real and measurable impact.

As we look to the future, sustainability is more than a goal—it’s a responsibility. From cutting-edge facilities management to creating nourishing, memorable dining experiences, we are committed to leaving a positive, lasting impact on the communities we serve.

This is our story — a story of partnerships, people, and a passion to serve.

And we’re just getting started.
