Alan Breeze has extensive experience in customer operations and change management, currently serving as the Customer Operations Director (Global) at Global Cloud Xchange since February 2008. Prior roles within the company include Customer Operations Director UK, Head of Service Management and Change Management UK, Head of Change Management UK, and Change Manager. Previously, Alan held positions at Vanco as Provisioning and Change Co-ordination, at NTL in Business Provisioning and Order Management, and at Cable&Wireless Worldwide focusing on Number Portability Co-ordination and Datafill Engineering. Alan holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Physics from The University of Manchester, obtained between 1992 and 1995, and attended Ysgol Bryn Elian in Colwyn Bay from 1985 to 1992.
