Erico Nesman

Erico Nesman has extensive experience in sales operations and product management, currently serving as the Head of Product Operation – Sales Operations at GCX, responsible for the quoting and pricing process for managed services. In previous roles at GCX, Erico led process optimization and planning for various data products while managing a global team of Bid Managers. Prior to GCX, Erico held positions at Xerox, leading teams in solution architecture and business solutions management, and contributed to sales operations at COLT Telecom. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Deloitte and proven skills in business process analysis and HR consulting. Erico holds a Master’s degree in Innovation, Creativity, and Leadership from Cass Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
