Jim Ousley

Jim Ousley currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Vitech Systems Group and the Executive Chairman of Vitech. With extensive experience as a Senior Operating Partner at CVC Capital Partners since July 2014, Jim holds several board leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board for Global Cloud Xchange, Identiv, and Chayora Ltd. Previously, Jim chaired the Board of Directors at Skybox Security and served as Non-Executive Chairman at Omada. Jim's earlier leadership roles include Chairman at DTI Management and Wireless Logic Ltd. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska, earned between 1964 and 1968.
