M U Khan

M U Khan currently serves as the Head of Global HR at FLAG Telecom, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, M U Khan was with Global Cloud Xchange from December 2009 to June 2019, where positions included Global Head of Human Resources, Executive VP of Human Resources for India, APAC, and EMEA, and Vice President HR for Europe and the Middle East. Responsibilities encompassed aligning HR strategies with business needs, managing talent acquisition and retention, and overseeing performance management. M U Khan also worked at Aon Hewitt from January 2004 to July 2009 as Vice President of HR, contributing to the growth of the company and developing HR strategies and service delivery models. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Leader at GE Capital International Services from January 2003 to December 2003, managing HR for a team of over 1000 employees in the credit card collections sector.
